Oyster Mushroom Farming

Our Oyster Mushroom Farming project is carried out using a scientific and hygienic indoor cultivation method to ensure consistent quality and fresh production throughout the year.

Cultivation Process

We begin by selecting high-quality mushroom spawn and preparing the substrate using clean agricultural waste materials such as paddy straw. The substrate is properly pasteurized to remove harmful bacteria and contaminants.
The growing rooms are maintained with controlled temperature, humidity, and ventilation, which are essential for healthy oyster mushroom growth.

Harvesting Method

Oyster mushrooms are harvested at the right maturity stage to maintain softness, taste, and nutritional value. Harvesting is done manually using clean tools to avoid damage to the clusters and to ensure longer shelf life.

Challenges Faced During Production

During production, we faced challenges such as:

  • Temperature fluctuations during seasonal changes

  • Maintaining ideal humidity levels

  • Preventing contamination from airborne microbes

These challenges were managed by improving air circulation, installing humidity controls, and following strict sanitation protocols.

🧼 Hygiene & Quality Control

Hygiene is our top priority. We ensure:

  • Regular cleaning and disinfection of growing rooms

  • Use of gloves and clean clothing during handling

  • Sterilized tools and equipment

  • Proper waste disposal after each cycle

This ensures chemical-free, safe, and healthy oyster mushrooms suitable for daily consumption and weight-loss diets.
